Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show returns with in-person experience in 2022

Woodstock, Ont., March 22, 2022 – Discovery Farm Woodstock is pleased to announce the in-person return of its flagship event, Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show on Sept 13, 14 and 15, 2022.

“We’re delighted to be back in person with a large show where farmers can connect with others, see new technology, get their hands on new products and equipment, and learn through action in the field,” said Doug Wagner, president of Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show.

For over 25 years, Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show has been providing farmers the opportunity to learn about the latest in agriculture advancements and technology. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show adapted with a series of digital events designed to connect farmers with unique programming and new product developments in agriculture.

In September, the show will return as a full-scale outdoor experience with field and livestock demonstrations, crop plot tours, product displays, and special live events. Farmers and attendees can take in hands-on learning and meet face-to-face with industry partners and experts.

“We are looking forward to hosting the farm community in a celebration of ag,” said Wagner. “We are proud of how we’ve stayed in touch through our online events and smaller trade shows the last few years, but there’s nothing like the excitement of a large in-person event.”

Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show takes place at Discovery Farm Woodstock, a 330-acre site located just northwest of Woodstock, Ontario. This recently established agricultural destination serves as a gathering place for farmers to network and learn through industry research, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities. Held in September each year, Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show is the largest outdoor event held at the Woodstock location, with over 100 acres dedicated to trade show partners plus field and crop demonstrations.
